Three Crosses and Silhoutted Person in Prayer at Sunrise

It’s time.

It’s time.
It is time to sort out the men from the boys

It’s time to have a rapture in your spirit. In your soul. In the heart of your consciousness.  The Word of God has been calling out to us for centuries and it has fallen on deaf ears.

Do you know what it means to be a Christian? Do you know what it takes to follow in the footsteps of Christ? It is not easy. It will not come without effort. It will not come by prayer alone. It comes by being a doer of the word and not just a hearer of it.

James 1:21 Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. 23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; 24 for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. 25 But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. 26 If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless. 27 Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.

There is much more than going to church and looking for a feeling. There is more to our faith then being like a member of an audience sitting in a crowded movie theater shouting out to be entertained. But this is the nature of humanity and even our Christian faith today. For the last few weeks I have been debating what to do for Valentine’s Day. I wrestled with the Spirit over topics. But none fit what I was feeling that needed to be said. Nothing matched the importance of the message of Love for God and His Holy Spirit. I have been in inner turmoil wanting to bring you a message of Love… but it seems this is not the message I am meant to give. My message is not one of simple pleasures but a calling to be more. To love more. To unleash your Christian heart. It is time to understand the silent Words before you in the Holy Scriptures. It’s time to stop being the crowd that followed Jesus looking to feel good and be entertained by His miracles. It is one thing to be as obedient sheep, and another to be as shepherds.

Luke 7:9 When Jesus heard these things, He marveled at him, and turned around and said to the crowd that followed Him, “I say to you, I have not found such great faith, not even in Israel!”

Luke 9:11 But when the multitudes knew it, they followed Him; and He received them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who had need of healing.12 When the day began to wear away, the twelve came and said to Him, “Send the multitude away, that they may go into the surrounding towns and country, and lodge and get provisions; for we are in a deserted place here.” 13 But He said to them, “You give them something to eat.”

Do you even know what the miracles were for, or what they meant? They had a specific purpose, not just to show off that He was God come in the flesh!

Matthew 13:3 Then He spoke many things to them in parables…

Right now, most of you are small children in the Spirit. You are infants in the body of Christ. And true you are called to be children, but not to remain as a babe, but to be heirs. And an heir grows big and strong in the Lord. We are all called to be the Men of God. Man and woman alike are being called to be as the new Adam, as Christ. A being of power, infused with the glory of the mighty one. To in turn be mighty ourselves.

Matthew 13:10 And the disciples came and said to Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables?”

Ask yourself “Do I feel mighty?” Do you feel His love and strength filling you up? Are you a power the world would have to recon with if crossed? You are not called to be militant, but to be as one in the Lord. To understand as the Lord. But when you read the Word of God we still go “Ummm” because some parts are still lost to us through the test of time. A time when our faith was taken and put into the hands of those that believed that people were better as blind sheep and they could not handle the truth alone. They believed that people that are empowered are hard to control. But I say that you are much smarter then our forefathers would have you believe. You are capable of understanding the hidden truths in the Word of God. Today you are not a child but called to stand as a man before God!

Matthew 13:13 Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand.

When Jesus talked to the crowd he only spoke in parables, but to YOU, his disciples, He is willing to make it made known clear and without hiding the secrets of the kingdom of heaven. To you it is in your power to know and unlock the Word of God before you as true heirs to the kingdom at hand.

Matthew 13:34 All these things Jesus spoke to the multitude in parables; and without a parable He did not speak to them,

When I read the Bible, I read it VERY different from you. But I don’t want to! I want you to read it like me, as I believe it was intended to be read. Not as a means of control! That is in opposition of the words that it holds. It is a book of freedom. It is the book of empowerment and self-control. Not a book of man made control. GOD is speaking directly to you through His Word. He is speaking to your heart and mind in every passage and you can not hear it nor see it because we have been blinded by centuries of conditioning to forget. The enemy has run his hand through our lives for long enough and it is time to unleash the power of the hidden words in the WORDS of GOD.

Matthew 13:35 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying: ” I will open My mouth in parables; I will utter things kept secret from the foundation of the world.”

So I ask you now as a humble messenger of the Lord, do you want to remain a child drinking the milk of the motherly Spirit? Or do you want to grow strong as Men of God, and walk as Men of God, upright, with the strength that comes from eating the meat, the heart of the Word? A disciple walks, teaches, prays and eats with the Lord. Are you ready for some truth? If you are ready I ask you to read this passage and comment on what you believe it is telling you. And when I believe I have heard enough of you make your efforts to walk with the Lord, I will show you His hidden truth. Because, I love the Lord so much, I am willing to change everything we have become so conditioned to believe. It’s time to awaken the sleeping giant within your soul and unleash the Spirit of God within you and stop being Soul Blind!

Mark 4:11 And He said to them, “To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things come in parables,

13 And He said to them, “Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables?

33 And with many such parables He spoke the word to them as they were able to hear it.

Here is your passage. Please tell me what it means

The Parable of the Good Samaritan

Luke 10:25-37

25 And behold, a certain lawyer stood up and tested Him, saying, “Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?”

26 He said to him, “What is written in the law? What is your reading of it?”

27 So he answered and said, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,’ and ‘your neighbor as yourself.’ “

28 And He said to him, “You have answered rightly; do this and you will live.”

29 But he, wanting to justify himself, said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”

30 Then Jesus answered and said: “A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, who stripped him of his clothing, wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.31 Now by chance a certain priest came down that road. And when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.32 Likewise a Levite, when he arrived at the place, came and looked, and passed by on the other side.33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was. And when he saw him, he had compassion.34 So he went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; and he set him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him.35 On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, gave them to the innkeeper, and said to him, ‘Take care of him; and whatever more you spend, when I come again, I will repay you.’36 So which of these three do you think was neighbor to him who fell among the thieves?”

37 And he said, “He who showed mercy on him.”

Then Jesus said to him, “Go and do likewise.”

  1. Ahhha…The Good Samaritan was an example of someone who was not a welcome part of this community. He also has sins on his heart, but because he had surrendered himself to the Will of our Lord, his life changed. He gave us the example of how Christ was obedient to His father and gave His life so that we may live. By admitting we are broken and unworthy it gives Him the chance to open our hearts to others who also feel that void within.

We must practice the examples He preached and the parables He gave us. It’s not about picking and choosing, or following blindly anyone or anything, it’s about being repentant and asking our Lord to become part of who we are through kindness, understanding, acceptance and actually demonstrating faith, in an entity unseen yet seen within one another, hope – that the character of our brothers and sisters will be seen with the compassion and forgiveness of God and the last Love – to fully accept all people as God’s children and to tend to their needs as God would do. To not just use words but actions that demonstrate our Love for the Lord.

  2. Hi Daniel! I’ve been absent for a few weeks, allowing myself to be taught by the Holy Spirit and to receive true understanding of His Word. Hope you’ve been well!

To me, this parable repeats a significant theme throughout the bible. God will use the weak (or most obscure) individuals to teach the ‘strong’. Those who held positions of ‘authority’ passed by without a second glance, whilst a ‘nobody’ took the time to show compassion and be a living example of His teachings.

I do have a few questions of my own to pose. First, may I ask why you would attempt to mix Jesus with Valentine’s Day? Second, are you open to the Holy Spirit teaching you the hidden parables in the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John? Especially, pertaining to Christianity and how His second coming will be ushered in?

    1. Actually this has nothing to do with Valentine’s Day and Christianity mixing. It was just for my readers that might want to a post based on love or something prudent to do with the holiday. As far as any other interpretations I am not interested at this time. I will however send you your code in email

  3. This was a wonderful video. It showed the true love of God through man. What you give is given back and more. The beggar gave away what God had provided for him so that others would gain. He showed the true love of God to his fellow man even though his life was not the best.

    1. I am sorry but the video is not the question. It is only seeing the blessings as if God were amongst us as we entertain angel unawares each day, and the effect of our lives have on others. The question was the parable of the Good Shepherd. What does that mean to you?… but close enough :)

  4. One by one, if we each let our LIGHT shine and unite and contribute $1.00 or $5.00 to this ministry…imagine the impact, how many non-believers might be drawn to Jesus? Be part of the movement to UNITE the LIGHT, any amount you care to give will help to feed the multitudes with the words of God.

This article was not only timely, but profound. Thank you Daniel for sharing your gifts with all of us….and for giving us the opportunity to be a vital part in your ministry with Christ.

Blessings and prayers for moving mountains and pressing forward in the name of Jesus.

      1. Thanks Daniel…just got a notice in Yahoo, that I cannot follow the “inner court circle”…I sent a msg to you….:(

Hope your Valentine’s Day was half as great as your post!

  5. Oh Daniel, a choice parable for sure. Who is the neighbor? They are all his neighbors, but some being self righteous and full of themselves, don’t want to recognize the hurt that they also inflicted by not helping the man set upon by the thieves. The priest and the Levite could just as easily harmed the man, and they did, by doing nothing……so many of us are caught up in ourselves that we don’t hear and don’t want to hear the soft, loving words that Our Lord is speaking to us. When will we understand that all of us are broken, there isn’t one of us that isn’t other than Jesus, who became Man (other than sin). We should strive to be Jesus like, not judging, but loving everyone to the point of death. There are many many Christians today in countries that are not Christian (middle East, China, parts of Africa and many more), and they are suffering to the point of death. Do we have that kind of strength of faith to stand up to those who would deny Christ? Christ is our light, but often we put ourselves into the dark because we don’t want to follow everything that is taught by Christ. We want to pick and choose what we want to believe. Thank God, that He is merciful and loves us so much. When we are wrong and that is often, He still loves us. We must surrender to Him and to Him alone, be fed by His Body and Blood and listen to His word that our hearts understand. When we do wrong, we know it, it eats at us, and doesn’t leave us in peace. Returning to Him contrite, He lovingly puts His arms around us, picks us up, dusts us off and tells us to go forth and do better the next time. We are so blessed! If we accept Jesus, and do our best to follow His example we will live in Peace and Love. Our faith is our Hope for today and eternity.

  6. Having recently encountered a Christian who believed that salvation was a minimal commitment thing, and that the life of the Christian is not so much as participatory/active so much as declarative, I greatly enjoyed this note. Many of us choose to only live in infancy of our spiritual development when we are called to something more, as the Greeks would put it “Theosis”.
    God Bless!

  7. This is the very sort of post I most long for. I also admire your overall desire, in your blog, to expand the potential of your spirit and understanding. Yet, in my own journey, I have found that I must carefully discern where my understanding is provided from (“Test the spirits, whether or not they are from God.”). So everyday I seek to faithfully hear only one voice within, preferring this voice, of influence, even to my own within.
 Here is the answer to the parable. All people on earth are born from the Lord, “for in Him we live and move and have our being,… for we are His offspring”. Therefore it matters not what nation we are from or what blood we seek to define ourselves by, for all souls are His offspring and therefore our soul-kin. And all souls are capable of becoming our spiritual brethren “for all who do the will of the Lord are as my mother, sisters, and brothers.”

Love believes all, hopes all, endures all. “And now these three endure: Faith, Hope, and Love, but the greatest of these is Love.” and yes! Love acts when any need arises among its brethren, for good and evil manifest according to what is truly founded in the ‘heart’. It manifests through prayer, instruction, example, and help in all forms, physical, verbal, and spiritual.

    Your spiritual brother, Jonathan

  8. Very moving. The importance of change is never known until one must count it for something they need. More deeply than needed change is change to how we see change. Whether in cents or sense; this world must have change.

    Thank you for sharing. Michelle
